While raising farm animals, we normally keep them on a strict diet; however, there’s a hen that got a hold of sugar. Now it won’t touch a grain unless we saturate it with sweet stuff. Even then, the real food gets left behind. It’s quite healthy despite the occasional sugar high, but the most intriguing part is the laying of eggs. They’re blue in color, smooth in texture, and completely solid. Okay. You got us. We don’t have a sugar-addicted hen or a farm, for that matter. But these egg shaped hard candies with almond centers have a fiercely sweet flavor that hatches right in our mouths.
