Due to the perishable nature of our products, Candy Warehouse can only accept returns for items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective. We strive to ensure every sweet treat arrives in perfect condition to satisfy your sugar cravings.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your candy for any signs of heat damage, breakage, or order inaccuracies within 48 hours of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Resolution Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
